I started at an early age when I received my first camera at around age 9.  My love to be behind the camera and experimenting back then with filters, infra-red film, double-exposures and the endless trial and failure when the film was developed to find I messed it up, not only was costly but I learned quicker, I think, what mistakes I should not repeat.

Today, in the digital age, we luckily do not have to have film developed and we can see our results immediately, but here too, this can be much more challenging considering, everyone can get a good shot with just their mobile, if they have an eye for the moment.

I tend to often visualize and plan a shot months in advance.  Once I found a spot where to take my shot, I plan and wait for that special day, when the light would help it to be as perfect as possible, in my eyes - of course..
